Terms of Use

The rules for using the Robinease website and the tools we run. Plain language, no traps: use them properly, understand that they come with no guarantees, and take care of your own keys.

1.Agreement

These terms apply to robinease.com, to the Telegram bots and channels we operate, and to any other software or content published under the Robinease name. Using any of it means you accept them.

If you do not accept them, stop using the products.

2.What we provide

Robinease builds tools for the Robinhood ecosystem — community automation, alerting and reporting. They are provided as they are, when they are available.

We may change, pause or retire any product at any time. Products marked as in development are not finished, may behave unpredictably, and carry no delivery date.

3.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our tools to send spam, run scams, impersonate other people or projects, or manipulate a market.
  • Attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure.
  • Resell or rebrand our products as your own without written permission.
  • Use the tools where doing so breaks the law that applies to you, or Telegram's own terms.

4.Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own wallet, keys and transactions. Nobody at Robinease will ever ask for a seed phrase or a private key, and any message that does is an attempt to steal from you.

If you add a bot to a group you administer, you are responsible for telling your members it is there and for the configuration you choose.

Always verify a contract address against this website before transacting. Addresses circulated elsewhere should be treated as fake until checked here.

5.No warranty

The products are provided without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that a bot will be available without interruption, that an alert will arrive, that data shown is accurate or complete, or that the software is free of defects.

Blockchain networks, Telegram and third-party data providers are outside our control. An outage or a change on their side can stop a product working.

6.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Robinease is not liable for lost funds, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of — or the inability to use — our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7.Intellectual property

The Robinease name, mark and site design belong to Robinease. You may reference us — in an article, a listing or an integration — but not in a way that suggests we built or endorsed something we did not.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the technology involved.

8.Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the products change. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the products after a change means you accept it.
